Every bite that we take we are either fueling disease or fighting it. I am a huge believer that our health strongly correlates with what we put into our body. I have been off gluten for about sixteen years, but up until a couple years ago, I was a huge fan of counting calories and eating all low fat and “diet” foods. During that time I had low energy, stomach issues, and severe allergies. When I finally decided to eliminate processed foods from my diet and commit to eating whole organic foods the results were incredible. My energy levels increased, my stomach and allergies improved and I have stayed a consistent size without even trying.
